This type of delivery system is very similar to the Turn - Key type of system with the following exceptions. At the start of the project, we guarantee the maximum cost and we continue searching for additional ways to reduce the project costs. The cost saving ideas are presented to the Owner and the Owner decides if they are acceptable. If the Owner agrees to accept the cost reduction items, the contract maximum is reduced by 1/2 of the savings amount.
