In the Design Build Project Delivery System, we are brought in early on in the Development Phase to assist with determination of the project parameters and selection of the design team. As the project design is developed, we work in tandem with the Owner and Design Team by providing realistic cost estimates and schedules for the construction process. We guide the team through the design process and once the final designs are determined, we perform as General Contractors to complete the work. The Design Build Project Delivery System gives the Owner a single source to design and construct the project.
