Once the fee is agreed upon, we strive to find the most competitive and qualified Sub - Contractors and Suppliers to successfully build the project in the most advantageous manner possible. The Owner and Contractor decide which Suppliers and Sub-Contractors are to be deployed on the project. The Cost Plus Fixed Fee Project Delivery System allows the Project Owner to have a more active role in the building process.
