The Construction Manager Delivery System is a system that brings us on board very early on. We are responsible for the coordination of the entire project from conception to completion. We work on this type of project for a fixed fee and the Owner basically assumes the role of General Contractor. This type of Delivery System works best with an Owner that has the staff to handle the administrative needs of the project but may not have the technical expertise needed for the construction project.
